Clayton M. Christensen, the Kim B. Clark Professor of Business Administration at the Harvard Business School, is one of the world's top experts on innovation and growth. In his book, “The Innovator’s Dilemma,” he argues that when businesses fail, often it is not because their executives made poor decisions.
