Student Venture Program
The EnerTech Student Venture Experience Program (ESVP) originated through insight provided by Mike Babcock (Former Coach of the Toronto Maple Leafs and EnerTech Advisory Board Member). After attending one of our Advisory Board meetings, Mike suggested that EnerTech expose young university and college students to the world of venture capital by inviting a select group of young students to participate in their annual Energy Technology Forum and Advisory Board Meetings each year. Thus, the ESVP program was born.
ESVP provides annual sponsorship for college students to attend either EnerTech’s annual Energy Technology Forum or an EnerTech Advisory Board Meeting.
This opportunity will allow enterprising young students to get exposure in the world of venture capital. These students will get access to the EnerTech network and all of the entrepreneurs in the EnerTech portfolio.
The program is designed as a way for EnerTech, as a firm, to give back to ambitious young students and to open doors to new connections for future job opportunities.
