The Full Picture on EnerTech's Recent Special Advisor Additions and New Mobility Advisory Board

As you have all seen in recent exciting announcements, we have added two new Special Advisors to our team and formed a new Mobility Advisory Board. These additions are a key part of our strategy as we continue to build out or investment focus within the mobility space and leverage off the deep knowledge-base and network each of this exceptional leaders bring to our team.

The mobility sector continues its evolution with headlines in various categories – Zero Emission Vehicles, autonomy, infrastructure, connectivity, and smart transportation and traffic management. Our initial thesis continues to hold true – this evolution is increasingly providing innovation, corporate partnering, and investment opportunities to a broader range of interested parties.

We previously announced EnerTech’s role as a Founding Partner in the creation, implementation, and ongoing support for the California Mobility Center. Recently we shared that we are deepening the depth of domain expertise on our team with the additions of Mary Joyce and Sherwin Prior in the newly created role of Special Advisors. We also formed the EnerTech Mobility Advisory Board with the first two members being Kev Adjemian and Arlen Orchard, who will now be joined by existing EnerTech Advisory Board Members Sharon Allan and Michael Harris. Sharon brings a wealth of executive level experience in the power industry and as the current Chief Strategy Officer of the Smart Electric Power Alliance (SEPA). She has been helping SEPA and its members navigate strategic options toward an increasingly carbon-free end game (electrification of transportation is a big part of this story). Michael Harris, as former premier of Ontario, brings a clear depth of expertise in the policy and regulatory arena; and for ‘icing on the cake’ he is a former Chairman of Magna (the world’s top Tier 1 automotive supplier).

I’ll be sharing more in the coming weeks and months. That’s all for now.
