EnerTech Expands its Innovation Platform Through a Partnership with fractional In-house Legal Firm Atlas Advisors

Atlas Advisors


Atlas Advisors, founded by Didier Culat, acts as a fractional in-house legal advisor to companies, with a particular focus on supporting start-ups and smaller organizations. The firm helps clients navigate corporate legal documentation and ownership structures, reviews term sheets and financing documents prior to engagement with outside counsel, and advises on employment agreements, board materials, and governance documents. Atlas Advisors also serves as an initial sounding board for CEOs, providing practical legal insight ahead of engaging external counsel, and assists companies in cleaning up, organizing, and maintaining their internal legal documentation.


Didier Culat is a seasoned corporate lawyer with decades of experience advising companies on commercial, securities, and cross-border matters. His background spans both public and private sectors, with extensive experience supporting multinational clients, private equity firms, and growing businesses on financings, governance, and complex transactions. Didier has also served as corporate secretary and coordinating counsel, regularly collaborating with Canadian and international law firms. In addition to his legal practice, he has lectured and written on doing business in Quebec, reflecting his strong international perspective and practical approach to legal advisory.
