EnerTech Expands its Innovation Platform Through a Partnership with Restructuring Company Steinberg Advisory

Toronto, ON and Philadelphia, PA – January 27, 2026 – EnerTech Capital, a leading venture capital firm focused on innovation in mobility, industry 4.0, and connected customer, is pleased to announce the expansion of its growing innovation platform with a portfolio services layer using a curated collection of independently owned businesses. SAC was founded by Howard Steinberg, who has over 25 years of experience in operational and restructuring services. Howard and his team of 10 specialize in operational restructurings, serving both private and public companies and their stakeholders across diverse industries.


Howard has served on numerous boards and committees and has held positions as Chief Restructuring Officer and CEO in both public and private companies, operating within and outside court protection. His past roles include Managing Director at Fortress Investment Group and RBC Capital Partners, President of The Rose Corporation, and Head of Canadian Distressed Lending at GE Capital.
