Jiajia Zhou is an Associate at EnerTech Capital, where she focuses on investments across energy, mobility, and advanced manufacturing. In addition to sourcing, evaluating, and providing post-investment support, she has supported and led a range of EnerTech’s value-add initiatives—such as connecting startups with EnerTech’s global network of corporate LPs, expanding the EnerTech Advanced Mobility Ecosystem with universities, and recently launching the Power Moves Series blog.

Her favorite part of the role is fostering systems and partnerships that accelerate technology adoption and long-term growth—while also delivering strong financial returns, of course😝!

Prior to joining EnerTech, Jiajia was a Research Assistant at Blackstone Energy Services Inc., where she conducted in-depth research on utility companies and energy-efficiency incentive programs.

She holds a Master’s degree in Economics and a B.Com in Finance & Economics (High Distinction) from the University of Toronto. She has passed CFA Level II and is an alum of VC University, the national venture capital training program led by NVCA, Venture Forward, and UC Berkeley Law.

Outside of work, Jiajia enjoys snowboarding and traveling, and once went skydiving to push her limits. A passionate foodie (picky about restaurants, but always committed to reducing food waste by taking leftovers), she speaks four languages—English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Teochew—and is currently learning Japanese on Duolingo, where she has maintained a streak of over 450 days! She also enjoys working on “vibe coding” projects for fun.

周嘉家現任 EnerTech Capital 投資經理（Associate），專注於能源、出行與先進製造領域的投資。除了負責專案的挖掘、評估以及提供 投後管理 外，她亦曾主導或參與多項增值型舉措，包括協助初創公司與 EnerTech 全球企業投資人（LP）建立聯繫、與大學共同擴展 EnerTech Advanced Mobility Ecosystem，以及近期推出的 Power Moves Series 部落格。她最喜歡的工作部分，是打造能加速技術採用並推動長期增長的系統與合作關係——當然，同時也要實現可觀的財務回報啦 😝。在加入 EnerTech 之前，嘉家曾任職於 Blackstone Energy Services Inc. 擔任研究助理。她擁有 多倫多大學經濟學碩士以及 金融與經濟學學士（榮譽學位），已通過 CFA 二級考試，同時是 VC University 的校友（由 NVCA、Venture Forward 與加州大學柏克萊法學院共同推出的全美風險投資培訓課程）。

在工作之外，嘉家熱愛 單板滑雪與旅行，並曾透過 高空跳傘挑戰自我。她也是一位講究的吃貨（對餐廳很挑，但總會把剩菜打包以減少食物浪費），會說 四種語言——英語、普通話、粵語與潮汕話——目前還在 Duolingo 學習日語，已經保持了超過 450 天連續學習紀錄！此外，她也喜歡偶爾寫點代碼來找樂趣。
