September 29, 2020 09:00 AM Eastern Daylight Time

TINTON FALLS, N.J., IPKeys Power Partners Inc., a leading diversified Utility and Smart City provider of secure meter data and electricity demand management, cyber security and network engineering technologies, announced today the appointment of Gordon Feller as an Independent Director serving the Board of Directors (‘the Board”).

Mr. Feller has worked for more than four decades to accelerate innovation at the intersection of global sustainability, government policy, and private investment – all with a focus on emerging energy technologies. From 2010 to 2017, he served as Director of Urban Innovation at Cisco Systems and founded Meeting of the Minds in 1999 in order to harness the power of a unique global leadership network to build innovation-powered sustainable futures.

Gordon was appointed by President Obama to serve on the US Federal Committee which the US Congress established to accelerate US government investments in emerging energy technologies. Today, Gordon serves as a Global Fellow at the Smithsonian Institution's Wilson Center in Washington, D.C and sits on corporate and non-profit Boards.

“On behalf of IPKeys Power Partners, it is my pleasure and an honor to warmly welcome Gordon Feller to the Board,” commented Robert Nawy, CEO IPKeys Power Partners. “Gordon’s extensive experience and thought leadership in Urban Innovation and the needed technology to achieve cyber secure innovatively-powered sustainable futures is a tremendous value to our company and clientele of over 400 utilities and cities.”

“We are excited to have Gordon join the board of IPKeys Power Partners as the company continues its expansion of its core product offerings in Cyber Security, Public Safety Networks, Meter data management and Integrated Demand management,” said Wally Hunter, Managing Partner, EnerTech Capital. “Gordon’s deep technology background combined with his understanding of the nexus between Government Policy and emerging technology companies will provide significant value add to IP Keys Power Partners in their long-term growth strategy.” “It’s quite clear to me that IPKeys offers customers cutting-edge technologies – with additional advantages. The list includes superb management, savvy investors and engaged customers,” said Gordon Feller. “In my Board Member role with the non-profit Meeting of the Minds, I’ve heard key executives in both government and industry speak repeatedly about their two-sided concern: trusting the technology, which means trusting the technologists. IPKeys succeeds because the users of such advanced technology have a partner, and not just a vendor.”
