Toronto, ON and Philadelphia, PA – February 10, 2026 – EnerTech Capital, a leading investor in sustainable energy and transportation solutions, today announced that Susan Seilheimer Brennan has joined the firm as an Executive in Residence (EIR). Brennan is currently the President of Susan Brennan Leadership and brings decades of senior leadership experience across clean technology, energy, automotive, and advanced manufacturing.

“I’m excited to join EnerTech Capital at a time when the energy and transportation sectors are undergoing profound change,” said Brennan. “EnerTech has a strong track record of backing companies that are building real-world, industrial-scale solutions, and I look forward to partnering with the team and portfolio leaders to help scale businesses that will define the future of sustainable industry.”

Brennan offers a rare, end-to-end leadership perspective across the full industrial value chain—spanning mining, chemicals, battery technology, automotive manufacturing, and energy infrastructure. She has held senior leadership roles including CEO of 5E Advanced Materials and Romeo Power, COO of Bloom Energy, and Manufacturing General Manager positions at Nissan and Ford Motor Company.

Throughout her career, Brennan has led organizations from the ground up—shaping a leadership philosophy rooted in organizational health first, technology second. She believes transformative technology can only succeed when the culture, people, and operating foundation are strong enough to sustain it.

“Susan is a proven advisor and board leader with a deep understanding of the challenges facing growth-stage and industrial-scale companies navigating the energy transition,” said Wally Hunter, Managing Partner at EnerTech Capital. “Her hands-on approach, global manufacturing expertise, and ability to guide organizations through

critical inflection points will be a tremendous asset to EnerTech and our portfolio companies.”

In addition to her operating leadership, Brennan brings extensive governance experience. She served nearly a decade as an Independent Board Director at Senior PLC, serving on the Audit, Remuneration, and Nomination Committees and helping reshape the company’s strategic focus on intellectual property optimization and long-term value creation.

As an EIR at EnerTech, Brennan will work closely with the investment team, portfolio companies, and broader network, providing strategic guidance on operations, supply chain, manufacturing scale-up, leadership development, and organizational transformation.

Brennan holds an MBA from the University of Nebraska–Omaha and a bachelor’s degree in microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
