EnerTech adds Koch Industries Executive, Marc Coggeshall to their Advisory Board

June 11, 2024, Toronto, ON and Phoenix, AZ – Marc Coggeshall, Vice President of Commercial Development at Koch Engineered Solutions (KES), a subsidiary of Koch Industries, has joined EnerTech’s Advisory Board as it expands its investment platform to include opportunities in the private debt market through the launch of the EnerTech Arcadia Debt Fund. Mr. Coggeshall has assisted privately controlled and public companies in an advisory capacity and has industry expertise across a wide range of sectors, with a recent focus on the energy transformation and distributed energy systems.


Mr. Coggeshall has over 25 years of experience at Koch Industries Inc. (Koch) leading various capabilities and business initiatives.  These include leading the Koch Environmental Remediation Capability, the Flint Hills Resources North America Crude Oil Business Development team, and most recently the Commercial Development Capability for the Americas for KES.  The Commercial Development Capability of KES is responsible for driving organic growth and supporting inorganic growth across the KES platforms.

Mr. Coggeshall’s extensive experience will help the EnerTech Arcadia Debt Fund originate and select the best candidate investments for the fund and leverage his experience and industry contacts to help advance fund companies’ business strategies and capabilities to ensure their success.

Mr. Coggeshall’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Geology from the California State University Fresno, a Master of Science in Hydrogeology from the University of Arizona, and a Master of Business Administration from Wichita State University.  Mr. Coggeshall also is a registered professional geologist in the state of Arizona.
